STEP 01: Initial Consultation (Approximately 30–60 minutes)

At our clinic, we prioritize thorough counseling during the initial visit. You’ll have the opportunity to handle actual orthodontic devices and view images of treatment cases. Feel free to ask any questions or express concerns you may have about your dental alignment, such as:
- Are there inconspicuous devices available?
- What does orthodontic treatment involve?
- I want to correct my protruding teeth!
Our orthodontic specialist is available to answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to schedule an appointment through our website. Please note that an initial consultation fee of ¥4,400 is required.
STEP 02: Detailed Examination (Approximately 60–90 minutes)

To develop an accurate treatment plan, we conduct the following detailed examinations:
- Oral examination
- X-ray imaging
- Intraoral photography
- Impression taking
STEP 03: Diagnosis and Counseling (Approximately 30–60 minutes)

Based on the examination results, we will explain the treatment policy. Our clinic utilizes specialized orthodontic analysis software for this purpose.
Note: The treatment policy proposal will be provided approximately 2–3 weeks after the examination.
During counseling and diagnosis, if you have preferences such as “I prefer inconspicuous orthodontic devices” or “I want to avoid extractions as much as possible,” please let us know. We will work together to determine the optimal treatment plan for you, considering both medical benefits and drawbacks.
STEP 04: Commencement of Orthodontic Treatment

Following the explained treatment plan, we will proceed with the placement of orthodontic devices. Typically, you will visit us every 3 to 4 weeks for device adjustments.
Note: Initially, you may need to visit twice a month; as treatment stabilizes, the interval may extend to once every three months.
Important Points to Consider
Currently, we do not have English-speaking staff available. However, due to the increasing number of inquiries in English, we have created an English-language page. In practice, patients with limited Japanese proficiency have been using tools like Google Translate during their treatment. When entering into a formal agreement, please arrange for your own interpreter.
